We are moving along in our build. Yesterday, Andy met with Kentucky Utilities and Tony. They made a plan for the electric service for our house. The pole will be set in the next 3-4 weeks.
We have a contract and we meet with the bank tomorrow for our construction loan.
Had someone look at our house on Saturday. They said it didn't have the WOW factor they were looking for in a new home. Sorry. It isn't new. It has been USED for almost 9 years by a family with 4 kids.
